Location Location Location....North Pacific had the location and so much potential, you just had to look through the dire state it was in! I reconfigured the two upper units to be matching with a full kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, large multi-sliders both with large decks looking out to the Pacific Ocean. North Pacific will always hold a special place to me as I got to design it exactly how I wanted, my late husband John was there daily to project manage. We had so much fun on this one-and still to this date I get compliments on the design, it's now a airbnb that gets booked non-stop. Check out the before photos....
