So Fresh & So Clean

We started the La Costa project back in March 2022, John was so excited as he was finally able to work with me full time. Four months later he passed away unexpectedly, rocking our entire universe. It was hard at first to go back to the site because the day he had his stroke we had just left the project so happy chatting on the phone the whole way home. After some time off I decided that we were going to push hard and get this project over the finish line as he would have wanted. Lil John took over on the project management side, making sure nothing slipped through. I couldn't of been more proud of my son. Jessica and Sage picked up any slack I may have left behind, during this difficult time. So proud of our team and the way it has turned out. My clients just informed me they are ready for phase two! Exterior hardscape with gates, trees, rock work, that's thee biggest compliment! Stayed tuned....

Total exterior/interior renovation I implemented my favorite design elements to Almaden, stone, smooth Santa Barbara stucco, black steel windows and doors, beams etc.
The kitchen went through a complete gut, we took down a wall that separated the dining and kitchen, making one open space.
I created a coffee station behind the double doors.
The back yard is fabulous with a pool I wanted my clients to have easy access to pass snacks through by adding a pocket window to the kitchen and running the countertop through, with stools.

Took the fireplace down to the bare openings, to create a sleek look, with walk ways on both sides of it.
